Re: Astilboides Tabularis

I know this is an age old problem, but it does put you off a bit. A pallet of palms seems a bit more worthwhi...

Re: Digging up Trachys - how much root?

Lovely palms and a good root ball on each. Should do well in time. I've got a Trachycarpus just starting to show signs of recovery after a year.

Re: Crews Hill today

Thanks mate for the info/pics looking forward to going this morning. Will definitely grab a Gunnera and some grasses. Have a list of plants that I'll buy if I see them, otherwise it's pretty dangerous!!!

Re: Any good garden centre in North London area?

If driving from the direction of the train station, paramount is on the left, Gardeners club is a bit further up the hill on the right. Old Ausferns is a little further still on the right. Hope that helps!!!

If you remember to check out the name of the nursery while you're there I'd be most grateful!!!! They are very reasonable, with plenty of little...

Re: Where to buy a mature Chamaerops humilis

Checking out the Chamaerops on the Palm Centre website, I'm pretty interested in the 60/80cm trunked for £149 ex shipping. Is this a good price for the cost?
