Had a really productive wkend in garden!!, apart from constant interuptions from phone call's. if you noticed in my pictures and videos the bottom half/fruit part of my garden is a gravelled area and while I like it for that area I don't like it for places where is doesn't need to be gravel Im not fond of hard landscaping as I personally think gravel etc ruins the soil. Where did you get the Medularis from please rob? After another. I bought one a few months ago from MyPalmShop along with a Cyathea dealbata. Good plants / good price. Seem to remember Rob buying from there as well . If you have room to overwinter, go for a dealbata as well . The silvery undersides ...

Two new tree ferns purchased today. One C Brownii and one C Medullaris. Can not wait for them to arrive on Thursday.

Would it be worth you chopping the old canes off to allow it to establish and reduce stress on the plant.
