Cycas flush....or not!

... so intend to do this, but wanted to check if anyone was going to scream 'NO!' at this idea before I do it. Gogglebox has also mentioned that their cycas is looking a bit yellow, so I am sure there are more of us out there who would appreciate some help! Cheers

Cycad pectinata

I really like this Cycad,

Its on the IUCN Red List as Vulnerable. I think we should do as they are doing with the Wollemi Pine, the Dinosaur palm, buy a seedling.

A little advice for my new Cycad

I have wanted to get a Cycad for a long time but the high price put me off. I decided to get a little one in a sale today and just wanted some advice. Firstly, would one this small survive in the ground and, if not, what are general tips on keeping it. It would be in a conservatory I think.
