See pic attached, My cycas new fronds were not a big as the previous one when taken outdoor this year, the larger one were when it was indoors.

With frost now started in west midlands, can this plant be kept indoors in a garage now, it has a window for light source?

Problem with Cycas revoluta

Hello.

I have a small revoluta I bought in 08 from Ikea. It's planted out and put out 5 fronds in 09. This year it put out one stunted frond in June. In August it started to put one more; it got to about 2 cm then stopped....then dried and died. What could this mean? Is it doomed??

... but not in the best condition. For the price I thought it was worth a go. Firstly, can anyone ID the palm i brought? It cost me a fiver. The cycad was a pound and looks dead. Can it be saved? Whats the best way to proceed? cut of the leaves? Ash
