I've taken the two pups out and potted them up, 1 pup has a leaf about the size of a 50p and a stem about 3cm and the other has 2 2inch leaves and about 4cm stem, both dipped in rooting powder watered and misted and put in the greenhouse in bright but out of direct sunlight, the bigger of the two wilted for a day but now both seem to be fine at the moment.
I took the pups up for the reason Dave stated, to focus the energy into the one main stem.
I'll update in a few weeks if they take off.

Marcin, they may be hardier than you think. Someone in the US dug his out for winter, and overwintered frost free, but pups appeared around where the plant was dug out in the spring. You won't keep the leaves but may get thew stem through with protection.
