Princess Ann Azalea

Anyone know anything about Azalea problems?

I have had the above Azalea planted in the garden for the last 3 years. Each year, it gets a full compliment of flower buds all over. Then just as they are about to open, all the leaves turn brown and eventually fall off along with the unopened buds. Then new growth appears and its OK for the rest of the year, making a good recovery until the following spring, when the same thing happens??

Any ideas/suggestions appreciated?
