Asda Trachycarpus's

Called into asda last night and noticed they are selling small Trachycarpus's with about 3" trunks which are quite chunky, for £10,
same size at wyvale are £25. Not a bad deal at all

Wonder if my local one is selling them? Trouble is it's not local at 20 miles away.

daughter saw some nice ones at our local store, triple and double trunked aswell
she also ogt a triple trunk washingtonia from homebase on sale about 5ft tall and said they had loads for sale with other tropicals on sale

Won't even bother looking down here. Whenever Asda, Tesco, B&Q etc have some bargain plants for sale they always seem to exclude this part of Cornwall!!

I read on Hotukdeals that Tesco was selling 6ft Olive Trees for £10. Our local store certainly won't have those, it's not worth the disappointment of going to check!!

It was actually £20 the olives trees were being sold at... still good price, as they were quite decently side, with decent crowns.
