Name the tree

I came across this lovely small tree while visiting a tiny hill top village (in Italy). Any ideas of what it may be? The flowers are similar to Jasmine and so is the scent. Someone has suggested Murraya Paniculata but Google pics don't seem quite the same.

Clerodendron trichotomum. I've not grown it but it is reasonably hardy judging by plants I've seen in local gardens. The flowers wil give way to blue seeds in a red seed case.

That looks to be it! Thanks so much. It was a real surprise to find this little tree in a village with no gardens. The scent from it was amazing!

This species of cleodendrum is highly poisonous in most of its parts. It can also be very invasive. It can send
up suckers meters from the trunk. It is very hardy and grows in Canada.
