Quickest tropical from seed. (Musa sikkimensis)

This Musa germinated just over a year ago and now stands at around 4 foot tall. Not bad for a few pence....

whats even better is you got what was on the label.definately one of my favourites,just wish they grew as fast as ventricosum

I got a 6-7 foot Siki but not as robust as Basjoo for me. This banana has nice purple flecks. Mine like lots of water and feed.
My Siki goes in a frost free greenhouse for the winter, lost one or two of these before. I live in a chilly spot.
