That new leaf looks lovely call,

Mine is still in the lounge but I moved it closer to the window, opened up the blinds to allow it some sun.

Its looking good Call and Stevie,

Rob, whatever you do don't chuck it, wait till the warm weather comes in. Give it a small amount of water.

You should see what the weather did at my Cannas, horrible but they are here to stay.

You just wait a while Rob...anything can happen up to June.

Nice work, Call icon_thumleft . Perhaps you can date the pics to give us a better idea of your Ensetes' progress. Do you still have that Echium?

Stevie, your maurelli looks great for a winter pic.

well out of the 4 this one seems to be quite happy slowly growing there. The others are rather straggly in a duller place upstairs but hopfully they will get going when i can get them out side. I think the maurelli likes it next to the fishtank that gives of a little heat a bit of light pluss its in the brightest place of the house but not really the warmest room quite the oposite so the fishtank must help. Either way its my favorite one so far... :D

Some super companion planting with the Ensetes. Call's Echium would look fantastic next to those big paddles if it were to flower next year icon_thumleft

The variegated Arundo donax is a brilliant foil for the deep red coloured leaves. 8)
