I know we are into summer now and the garden is growing well, but when I look at pics of 13th May, I can't believe it is the same garden.
Colocasia Bed 13th May.
Same bed 16th June
The High Street bed.. called so as B&Q Dicksonia Antarctica, Wilco's Colocasia Mammoth, and Tesco's Eddoes. Taken 12th May
Same bed from another angle 16th June.
What a difference a month makes !

This is the Jungle seeds Colocasia after one month in the colocasia bed, It has gone from 3 leaves to having two heads with two new leaves and a flower. Also it has a two leaf pup. Compare this pic with the first one at the top of the topic. This plant is the right most.
Best regards
Dave

Ah ha! I see where I maybe going wrong, look...
I have too many in the pot!!!!! (I'm sure I only had one) Would they get bigger if they where seperate?? Probably better to leave them for now and split them later or early next year!?
When the time comes Dave can you give us detailed instructions on how to overwinter them and get them started next year please

It should be ok Libby, you will just need to water and feed more often. Maybe put into a larger pot. My big Burgundy Stem of 2005 was in a 45cm tub, watered and fed daily in summer/autumn. It also depends on the plant. Mammoth with short stems and huge leaves may look better as a solitary plant, where as The taller longer stemmed plants look better in clumps.
Best regards
