You could get a Jubaea chilensis, the hardiest feather palm, though they are slow growing & a decent sized one is going to be expensive...
If you want a similar look to an Arenga or Archontophoenix (but smaller growing) you should get a Chamaedorea radicalis, should be hardy for you...
