Aloe striatula vs Bamboo

Well that's the problems, the Bamboo in a pot is forcing the Aloe Striatula over on its side. I've staked it with a bamboo cane so it will grow upwards, will this realistically work, or is an Aloe striatulas natural response to fall over?

It's natural Stephen, they tend to get a little top heavy then lean over, for that reason, Aloe Striatula is grown to good effect over walls or on a slope, where the drainage also helps.

Eventually the growth will begin to turn upwards again, and then repeat the whole process.
