Mine have been uncovered since the last cold spell. I'm just hoping this wind chill hasn't affected them.
Most wanted list - Any Young Trachycarpus and/or fern.

The way I look at it, anything that can't take -3 or -4 is not cold hardy, it is tender and is a greenhouse/conservatory plant not a garden palm.

If we a forecast REAL cold, I cover and heat them.

The majority of my palms are Trachycarpus Fortunei & Waggie, and are not fleeced.

My small palms such as Trachycarpus Princeps & Latisectus are kept in pots, so are brought undercover in the worst of the weather.

I have Chamaerops Cerifera & Trithrinax Campestris planted outside, these are just draped with sleeping bags, and uncovered as the daytime temps rise.
