Propogating Black Beauty.

Post by Yorkshire Kris »

I bought a small Black Beauty Colocasia last year. Today I took it out of it's pot, shook off the compost and seperated the plants. Each had it's own roots and were easy to seperate. I now have 11 new plants all as big as the original purchased last year! Red Spider Mite is endemic here but hopefully all will grow out of it. I regulary spray them and wash the leaves with a sponge.

I blast them with a hose set on mist setting twice a day!
