Mantis?!? Insect ID required.

Found this little fella in the greenhouse, it looks very much like a mantis but much smaller, could be a baby one? Don't even know if you can get these in England, never seen it before whatever it is.

Don't panic as long as you stay inside you'll be safe, just wait it out till winter.

It looks like an asassin bug of some sort? Genus,Hemiptera.

But the picture is not that clear so I can,t be sure.

PS there are no native Mantis species in the UK but a few are found in southern Europe.
Possibly Mantis religosa may turn up as a vagrant on the south coast.

In the south of Belgium you can find Mantis religiosa but its very rare there on chalkgrasslands.
