Veggies picked today!

Post by Mo » Thu Jun 27, 2013 7:08 pm

Had quite a nice little haul today out of my little tunnel - picked strawberries, lettuce, spring onions, beetroot and a cucumber!!!! Okay -so it was only 6 inches long - but that's long enough isn't it! Lol!!!

You did a very good job there, nice harvest Indeed,

I used to love picking my veg straight from the plot we had still with the morning dew, straight to the pan for blanching then into the freezer.

Yes - spring onions, radish, lettuce and beetroot here too ..... and the broad beans are tantalisingly close ... just about my favourite of all!
