Autumn like chill in the air, but over 20*c ?

Post by cordyman »

The garden thermo is reading 23 *c, skies are blue and clear, no wind, but theres a real autumn like chill in the air. Would the clear skies cause this? Low humidity?

It's neen 22c here today mid afternoon but not a hint of a chill, just the opposite in fact.

Maybe it's just you Cordy. If you're feeling tired or coming down with an illness then you might feel cold when it isn't.

I was watering the garden earlier thinking its too cold to water, but the thermo says otherwise

Sun shining direct on the thermometer? It's only been about 17 or 18° here.

A little chilly in the breeze (but not too much) despite 23C today but in the sun it's felt very warm.
