Arctic Sea Ice cover in sept-2011, just off being the lowest on record. What will this mean for us?

I think the moisture over the arctic ocean will be much more greater now compared to the last three winters.

I've already addressed this topic in the past and the impact on the weather patterns, particularly over Northern Europe.

Hence why we now get an annual summer 'monsoon', followed by milder Autumn spells, culminating in colder winters with more precipitation falling as snow.
