yeah its between 30c and 20C most days now in high summer. Sun is too hot though to go out in at midday.
And when it rains...... a couple of days ago we had more than 6 inches in around 8 hours.

Too hot? I always figured "too hot" (to me anyway) temps in excess of 33 centigrade / 91°F. I guess it depends on what you're actually doing in the sun.Nigel wrote:yeah its between 30c and 20C most days now in high summer. Sun is too hot though to go out in at midday.
Cheers, Barrie.

Its sunny at the moment, and 10C, clear overnight too, not frost whatsoever.Conifers wrote:Don't want sun at this time of year! Sun = clear skies = frost. We want wind, cloud, and rain, to keep the cold away

Re: Freeze on its way! or the weather blog
With high pressure to the southeast of the UK and low pressure over Iceland, I get sunny days with a balmy SW breeze. I'd be happy for that most of the time, but have to have rain sometimes or summer drought will follow.Conifers wrote:Don't want sun at this time of year! Sun = clear skies = frost. Best regards
