Sunny all morning here despite also seeing distant anvils on the southern horizon. Only a few fleeting showers in the afternoon and still a lot of sunshine. With a maximum of 17c it's hard to believe we are still under the influence of Nadine.
Feel guilty at getting away with murder knowing how bad it is elsewhere.

Don't feel guilty Greville, it's good to know that at least some of us here can wander around the garden without an aqualung.
I wandered around my garden for 15 seconds today but only because one of my plants had toppled over. I had to get changed after that!

mon/tue constant all day drizzle with heavy spells, today on and off but overall drying up
