Yes another headline grabber! I tend to facepalm the keyboard now as opposed to take any notice of this, but I think this may be the first shock factor story of the autumn :lol:

Those articles seem to sell good. If they had told you it would be a ordinary mild UK winter nobody would buy that newspaper.

what temp is it Rob? its already 15.8 *c out today, suns breaking through, couldnt ask for more so late in the year icon_thumleft

A week later,

Not a sign of frost, snow, freezing conditiion...nothing, Its quite warm.

Are you up a hill near Sheffield?

I've looked at Sheffield temperatures on a number of occasions when you have said you were cold and they have seemed warm enough to me.

Just had a look for a Wunderground site ... but there are none in Sheffield :shock: and the only one showing is a good few miles North (half way to Barnsley) :

but their minimum temperature last night was 11.3C - so i reckon you must be in a cold spot? MOVE? !!

I got 16c today and low of 12c is forecast for me tonight, my first frost is forecast for the 25th and 26th. so next weekend. so the dig out starts next week.
