Typhoon Haiyan footage

Post by Troppoz » Tue Dec 03, 2013 10:12 am

Some extraordinary footage from Tacloban filmed by American cyclone chaser Josh Morgermann.

Truly unbelievable to watch the destruction and aftermath, and you cant help wondering if the people being filmed during the storm surge survived. The shock on peoples faces at the end is heartbreaking...

Agreed, words fail :(

Just had an online chat with the person who filmed this and he told me that everyone who was filmed survived, including the family trying to flee their house during the storm surge.

Small mercies...
