Anyone else having site issues?

Post by GoggleboxUK »

For the last couple of days there's been a bit of a Twilight Zone thing going on for me.

Dave B's Garden Blog has been showing up in New Posts but I only get the first 5 pages, the last post being from Simba in 2009.

The latest post icon hasn't been working properly for a while on certaion threads, Daily Weather Blog in particular is a bit of nightmare.

Anyone else getting this?

Not weird,

Some topics got screwed up when we had the database issue about a month ago. We had to go to a backup, and the posts added in between the backup and the restore were lost, but the post count on the last post was remembered as not in the database.

The Dave Bs Garden blog was only started in 16th April 2011, is only 5 pages, and the last post was made by Simba who joined in 2009, but posted it 20th June 2011
Best regards
Dave

Ah! I see.

Thanks for the explanation Dave, It makes sense now.

Do you know why the latest post icon is being hit and miss on some topics?

Some topics were not posted between the backup and restore, others were and lost those posts.
