Thank you all, I love this site (cant keep off it!). Hello Nige, fellow Southender, I am mostly into palms and am now currently on the hunt for some hybrids. Most of my palms are at my old house in Rayleigh which is now owned by my ex, we have a good relationship so I am still able to enjoy them. This year most palms survived there, so I am glad the weather was not as harsh as some of the guys on here have experienced.
Re: Hello all
It was definately one of the worse winters I've known though relative to the area. I have had far more damage than previous winters by far.Rick1965 wrote:Thank you all, I love this site (cant keep off it!). I'll certainly be less complacent next winter when it comes to protection.
Nigel.
