Slightly unique C. Revoluta...maybe ?
Have had this tiny little cycad pup for a couple of years and was in the throws of giving it to Squirrell when we both decided it was a little unique ..so i kept it
Would anyone like to hazard a guess as to why it maybe a little unusual

Wow! You should definately keep it - I've never seen one produce a golf ball as a pup before.

To do with lack of fronds, normally they come with four..do they?
I don't know...same age/size as the golf ball..

Ok you left it outside last winter and it died, so you chucked it on the compost heap, and on Easter Sunday it flushed a single frondArlon Tishmarsh wrote:Considering you're putting up a grand prize money, thats a poor guess DaveDave Brown wrote:Let me guess.... you left it outside over last winter and it survived

Smart 'arris OK keep the grand...me and Red didn't need it anyway...we can get rooms at the local hostel over xmas.
Its actually got 5no pups on it which have been there for ages and we thought considering its only a wee pup itself it was quite unusual.
