Its blowing a hooly here in southampton?

It's pouring with rain and the gales are smashing my Basjoo's to pieces.

Must be the worst wind I have seen in Southampton this Autumn.

It was pretty wild here for a period last evening and I guess that was the front going through.

No evidence of a cold front here icon_scratch It became windy here between 11pm and 12am with gusts to 40mph, but that is not unusual. Had 2.5mm rain from 12:30am to 2am, and wind slowly went round from SWS to W over several hours. Temps dipped early in the night but then rose, not the normal signature of a cold front icon_scratch

Wind has been decreasing since 12am, light rain first thing but now sunny 10.8C
Best regards
Dave

Same here Dave, I got a brief but heavy 5 minutes of rain about 2am but no wond to speak of and the overnight low was 6c.

Bad weather body swerve perhaps, Kata is only about 15 miles from me and it seems like she got the brunt of it.

It's windless and 11c here currently.
