Reset will send you an email to create a new password. If you type your current password and new password and click submit this should change your password.

If you click on your name (top right) you should get the option of user control panel.
Then go to the profile tab and edit account settings to change your password.

Looks like your username is Adam r (lowercase r) I think the reset password is case sensitive so this may be the problem. Can you give it another go?

Sent a password reset email to your email address on the account. Clue it's gmail if that helps

I've just sent the password reset email using the reset password page and your username, can you check if you've received the email. If not can you pm the email address that should be on the account so I can check it.

Has he tried doing the password reset? As I've said that needs to be the first thing to try even if your adamant it's the same password. The encryption method on the passwords has been updated and I think it's causing issues for some people.
