I’ve some bloodgrass and I’ve found it not to hard to keep.Its doesn’t like very wet soil but good drainage.It can take full sun or partial shade.I normally cut just above ground level in February.Looks stunning in clumps.Seeds could be hard to come by as it rarely flowers.

Hi, just reading the recent post on high nitrogen feeding.I’ve just been given some “palm booster and palm focus “.
I would be interested if anyone has any experience of these products,as I’am a bit wary of using these straight away.

Hi,just acquired a pair of these for pots.Anyone had any experience with these,ie how hardy these are.I’ve planted with compost with a third grit.I know they like to be dry.What to feed to use if any.

Hello Dave. Welcome to HTUK. icon_cheers Mexican grass trees or Dasylirion are fantastic feature plants but you need to part with a small fortune to get one with a sizeable trunk; they are so slow. Having said that, a young plant without a trunk is still a stunner, especially floodlit at night icon...
