Thanks, do you know if they are definitely single stem? As they were one of the ones who replied back with “you will be supplied with what is showing on the website” (they show both variations in the images).

Hi, I have quite a few cotton palms but they are all multi stemmed, i’ve Had some single stemmed ones in the past but unfortunately they died as I didn’t protect them over the winter (I was still new to palm trees at the time). If you wait until the leaves go brown then pull down sharply they come off clean leaving you that pattern on the trunk, by cutting them you will still get that effect but will have to wait until the leaf stumps fall off naturally.
