To be honest,Ive grown a few from seed and they always seem to do just as well as those overwintered from the previous year. I guess with both cases it really depends on what sort of summer we get. The year before last I managed to get c.musifolia to flower as did most of my seed raised types. Also...

I have picked up several in the sales. I was visiting my sister and called into her local B&Q on the offchance. Pots of tripple headers were reduced to £1.49, so several made the trip home.
