at the last count up........... probably in excess of 30 cultivars... maybe 40 plant numbers though............. 70+ yes i am probably addicted to them... i prefer the darker varieties, or the taller and larger headed type... i take cuttings from jan to nov, they will take pretty much anytime, given...

water is the trick my man... soak them and let them germinate in the water... keeep changing it every couple of days... it can take a few weeks.. then pot them on into a loose mix

ive got about 30 on the go, less than a year old and now around 3 inches across

i agree.............. they need LOTS of space, the roots spread metres away normally, so get it into a much bigger pot with some good loan based compost, mixed with a pelleted fetilizer, and keep it well watered

if you can give them the conditions they need, acidy, and well drained, or just even not soggy in winter you can get them through the winter up norf... all mine survived this year,,, most survived the previous 2 also... its the drainage they need... restios come form south africa mainly, in the Fynb...

ok.... so lets look at the problems here.. firstly aeoniums come from the canaries, north africa, southern europe......... they love heat and hate cold, and whilst needing some water they dont like to be cold and wet... who does?? in a summer house they will be getting very little light, especially ...

yes.............. the roots go out horizontally in my experience, so nearly 2 foot is plenty

ok... as a regular ebay seller............. and buyer.......... even when not specifically offered i always ask for combined shipping........ and as a seller... to keep competitive you should always offer it nothing annoys me more than sellers who dont communicate,,, and buyers who dont respond eith...

have grown them, and am currently doing a few echium varieties fro seed... there germination is pretty much the same as others, as is height, but they have a few moe leaves on the main stem whilst the others can be a bit barer hardiness is maybe a tad better, but the main difference is the flower sp...
