I get no sun at all in the winter Karl, in fact I get none now. It would hit the far end of the garden I guess if the bamboo wasn't 7M tall :lol:

SteveW has them as a permanent plant, hardy here? No! Never even got them through mild winters in the ground, not even when I tried them in raised beds in a 60/40 mix...

I'm fed up with all the marketing cons, paid a lot of money for uber rare Griersonii seed and later find out it's the 'real' name for Daj Giant. Look at the pics, just screams Sikkimensis. Annoying thing is though, even looking at seedlings they look like Sikkis. Doh! :evil:

Musa tend to like a high fluctuating temp, never tried that one so can't tell you for sure, Have you looked on the Org for info?
