just treat them as an annual.... seeds is cheap they grow real quick ...

i agree, top one is carmencita, bottom zanzibar.... its a bronzey hue to the green colour

ive tried these and failed so i think you should

a. tell us where the seed came from
b. you germination method
c. what special tips you have

those beauties go for a decent amount on ebay as they are somewhat rarer than most aloe

Yes Daisy made a full recovery, thanks. I felt like crappe but it was unavoidable. To make it worse, the whole time she was in plaster she told everyone she met "My Daddy stepped on me". out of the mouths of babes and toddlers...... being female simon she wont ever let you forget it either... good ...

could very well be.... nice colouring though....
he says its a hybrid from the mount so might be a natural one, and has some davidbramwellii in it, but he's not sure of the other parent

ditto all of Daves comments. is Daisy fully recovered now? we are back down there very soon,cant wait,minack/porthcurno is also my favourite place,along with the church and rides on the king harry ferry daz... see simons post on minack also.... you lucky butter, buy some plants in my honour will yo...

didnt do the castle itself but have spent a happy few hours marvelling at the way "tender" stuff grows happily without any protection all around the mount...
your weather looked very like mine when i went a few years ago, but it didnt spoil the adventure....

simon... weve also done that combination, beach and minack.... cant think of anywhere else i'd rather be than on that beach, its my wifes favourite and i know when we are in cornwall that my visit to hardy exotics in penzance will be allowed because were only 20 mins from porthcurno.... win win... a...

i agree, if you havent visited either then do both on the same visit, and like you i prefer trebah... not sure why, but glendurgan is very nice but you can see its an NT garden, whereas trebah just has a special air about it... pity about your accident though, hope your daughter is making a speedy r...

definitley worth a visit when youre in the falmouth area, but check opening times..

lots of steps in area too, as its built on a hillside so not for those with mobility issues
