Am planning a small hydro set up for colocasia, will be trying black magic and some shop bought eddos. Just a small 2 foot fish tank with heater and pump, mesh pots sitting an inch in the water. Water will be keep at about 21c with a few fish to indirectly feed the plants. Will be trying a few diffe...

Its been and gone here, lost a few large sunflowers but other than that and the odd nana leaf. Very little was damaged.

September and October should be frost free locally, November is hit and miss. December is sure to see frost. Am hoping to keep things out till at lest November. :)

I cut two gunni back to about 4 foot at the end of june, one was left with its lower branches and the other just a main stem. Both growing back now, both were only 3 year old with the largest about 3.5 meters tall. When you say only 3 year old, is that from seed or from when bought? I have a good f...

I cut two gunni back to about 4 foot at the end of june, one was left with its lower branches and the other just a main stem. Both growing back now, both were only 3 year old with the largest about 3.5 meters tall.
