Sarajevo will be too cold for Pinus pinea. Further down towards the coast, very easy at Dubrovnik, and probably hardy at Mostar, but not up at 500m altitude in Sarajevo. Sorry!
If you want pines with edible seeds, try Pinus monophylla or Pinus edulis.
