May be a Dracaena, but it isn't Dracaena draco - that has much less stem growth for the number of leaves.

Already seen this; it is very inaccurate - you only need to see the moorlands of the northern Pennines (deforested centuries ago) being shown as 'forest loss in 2012'. Somehoe their software tags heather moor as 'recently deforested' land.
