I enjoy seeing those Phoenix canariensis_CIDP's and brahea in portsmouth, thanks Nathan. I don't agree with the 'planted in the wrong place' though. I have seen many Phoenix canariensis_CIDP's around the Mediteranean in tiny spots. They just keep pruning them until their trunks start to grow upward...

CIDPs are like weeds round here everyones got one, that's what puts me off, but i do like a good size one like them on the Sea front.
