Brilliant pictures, did the flowers start to come through when it was wrapped over winter, or have they started since its been unwrapped and in the sunshine?

Strange day with a foggy start that never really lifted, some hazy sun by mid afternoon, high 10.1c, low overnight 1.6c. Currently 2.5c and some patchy fog, although travelling back from work just before down the M56 I couldn't see 10 feet in front of me, the fog was that dense!

Forecast looks good, but in actuality there will be no sun today, not 4 hours. -0.3c, here although a bit surprised, certainly worth it with another lovely in prospect. I have left my basjoo wrapped up though until further notice. Its a tricky one with high temps triggering growth during the day but frost capable of killing the new shoots at night.

Beautiful day today, as good as we can expect for this early in March. Sunshine all day, turning hazy mid afternoon. High 17.8c, overnight low 5.1c.

Great day today, cloudy cool start, giving way to some pleasant hazy sunshine in the afternoon and a mild feel to the air by then. High 14.2c after a cool night low 3.2c, currently still 11.8c and feeling good.

No grass to cut in my garden its mostly dead. I'm trying to reduce the lawn, cutting it is my least favourite job on a par with fleecing.
