i pollared mine almost to the ground last autumn, and now just seing some buds showing, do i let all the buds grow or remove some.... want big big tall leaves lol

in the ground since nov which why i cant understand it..

i got this bamboo in november a large 30 ltr or so and it looked like the snow didnt touch it , but now the leaves are curling up and its not looking good at all, i though this be perfect growing conditions, what do u think is wrong??? ill upload a pic if needed...

is it time (april) to start feeding these as wanna put some growth on mine lol, what is best to feed it with and is now a good time to start............

what sort shrubs would u suggest , common ones like skimma and mahonia and escallonia , would these do ok....

i was thinking more rhododendrons, axelia, camellia and a few of the ones mentioned above yea. cos the needles will add acidity right...

not really tropics but i have a huge pine tree which drops needles alot, their is a very good amount of light as the branches have been lifted up, which plants could do best in this environment on a bank also????? is their any plants i must avoid? thks
