Cordyline imo. I get loads germinating in the cracks of the pavior bricks.

B&Q are flogging them off for a fiver. Loads of colours, double stemmed etc etc. Never grown them before , so i thought "why not".

Miscanthus perhaps ? Mine has a white mid rib.

Two years. Seeded early the first year and grew on in pots in the g/h, flowered the following season.
