The sun was shining for Minack so after a good look around in the morning, we spent the afternoon on the nearby beach.

simon...
weve also done that combination, beach and minack.... cant think of anywhere else i'd rather be than on that beach, its my wifes favourite and i know when we are in cornwall that my visit to hardy exotics in penzance will be allowed because were only 20 mins from porthcurno.... win win...
and the best bit is theres no phone signal there either so its just the sea and kids playing in the sand and sea...
youve just made me very nostalgic ... thanks

for me it is the most breath taking sight down there.when stood at the top,you look down through the borders, then the theatre and the cliffs to the deep blue atlantic below.awesome view. total explosion of colour and interest

My father now lives within 15 miles of this. I have an invitation to go visit .... I really must make the effort to go even though almost 300 miles each way.
Best regards
Dave
