Identify this Shrub!

Hi, Attached are two photos of this small perennial shrub in flower from earlier in the year, can anyone please identify it for me.

A species of Ceratostigma.

Ceratostigma plumbaginoides is the commonest one in cultivation.

Definitely Ceratostigma.

If the growth is shrubby from a single stem then it's wilmottianum. If it has a perennial habit and spreads from underground runners then it is plumbaginoides.

There aren't many plants that combine such bright blue flowers with vivid red autumn colours.
