windowsilll plants

whats ur fav indoor window seal plant u have???

just looking for some ideas, doesnt have to be tropical , may flower etc or be scented?.....

I have Euphorbia milii it makes a nice potted plant.

maybe a small compact Aloe.. succulents definitely the way to go though.

hang on do you mean like window box, or indoor?

indoor window seal.. kool i have an avacado that rooted so far for free !

Bit of a broad canvass but: Achimenes, Begonia, Amaryllis, Streptocarpus, Christmas (or is it Easter??) cactus, Aloe vera, Chillies??, Jasmine (various), Stephanotis

I have a rare Zulu Cycad, just a baby with only one leaf but it should flush this coming summer.

Ive got some baby trachycarpus palms which look great even though their young :D but also have amaryllis, geraniums and cacti

My windowsills are stuffed with cacti, succulents, some small erythrina crista-galli plants and various cuttings much to the family's disgust.
My E.mili doesn't fit on the windowsill now it's far too big.

Mine have Ensetes on them im having problems with height on my window sills its to low all have to be moved next year

E. milii are very slow growing, here anyway, they do require heat and we don't have it, in or out of the house at any time of year.

Yes my family hates me putting stuff on the windowsill too!

good ideas think i want some baby palm seedling, like Cycas revoluta etc anyone know any good online sites?

I've had mine for about 6 years & it roasts in the sun all summer & collects dust & drops dead leaves all winter. I really need to repot it but it'll be painful.

Why can't families accept our illness & just let us get on with it! What's a b. windowsill compared to a variegated money tree, aloes, euphorbias, a buddha's temple (at least that sounds like an ornament) lithops & so on & on & on....

were can i buy some germinated palms seeds ??

or baby palms, ebay is only place and seem bit much.. lost all my sites...

I have a cutting of Desfontainia spinosa on my windowsill, waiting for it to take root! Also an Opuntia, a Grevillia seedling and an Aloe
