Garden Update

Post by SteveP »

Hi there,

I've not been around the forums for a while but thought you might like to see what I've been up to. Here's a general shot of my garden and a link to my gallery. The '2011 project' was a pond/arid bed completed last summer and the 'various garden' gallery is from various times over the last two-three years. Hope you enjoy them - its nice to see the exotic bug is spreading. There are some very impressive gardens on here now.

Beautiful garden Steve, a credit to you, extremely neat and tidy which appeals to me, whats the building at the bottom of the garden it looks interesting? The arid bed works well, I don't like pinks particularly if that is what they are, however they fit right into your scheme and give a nice splash of colour :D Thanks for sharing your pictures :D

Awesome garden Steve - love the big mature trees in the background surrounding your section, making it very sheltered.
I like your fat trunked Washingtonia robusta next to the Tetrapanax.
Do you lose the leaves on this after winter / do you protect it?

Well done brother! I've largely overlooked potted specimen in my setting, but after looking at this, I'm going to re-think it this year.

Cheers, Barrie.
