That house on the corner has treated themselves to almost 85% land grab!!!

Yep. And that and it's neighbour have successfully registered it as privately owned by them on Land Registry. None of the others have though.

Can you imagine the panic behind the scenes? How I'd love to be a fly on the wall in those offices right now.

Front garden looks done to me - and is way more effort than I would have put into a front garden ... I expect the rest is being done to a similar standard.

Had a look on the link and its mostly CAD type plans....which look amazing. Shame there didnt seem to be much in the way of planting.....that I could see.
