I didnt harvest no seed Cordy very easy to get hold of the seeds and they grow very fast

Yep. And that and it's neighbour have successfully registered it as privately owned by them on Land Registry. None of the others have though.

Front garden looks done to me - and is way more effort than I would have put into a front garden ... I expect the rest is being done to a similar standard.

Had a look on the link and its mostly CAD type plans....which look amazing. Shame there didnt seem to be much in the way of planting.....that I could see.

Dunno if this direct link into Facebook Album will work, but it should be picture 4, of 149, of the build of the front garden - hard landscape and plants. (Previous 3 pictures, 1-3, are CAD of what its supposed to look like :) )
