Daft question I know
but how much is too much feed for Colocasia Mammoths any ideas.
Discolouration of leaves got me wondering too much or not enough.

Re: COLLY.S
Being gross feeders Colocasia like little and often. Too strong can discolour and distort the leaves and burn roots.
I use half strength Miracle-gro once or twice a week in the growing season with maxicrop seaweed once or twice a month.

Re: COLLY.S
For biggest leaves which is probably your aim, constant low level feed with every watering maybe 1/4 recommended use, it depends on how much heat.HarryandNess wrote:Cheers dave
i think im a tad over zealous with the feed.
harry
Also check for pests which can discolour leaves

Re: COLLY.S
hi dave, what is the NPK on that miracle grow, ive just fed mine with fish blood and bone as a general fertilizer, but i think the miracle grow must be more concentrated.
