The pic in the original post is quite dated. The motel is no longer Palm Motel, it's now Fireside Inn on the corner of Broadway (640 Broadway) and N.Mildred in King City, Ca.

Google street view has a much more updated view. Cheers, Barrie.

Yes the picture was taken at the end of 1990. I only came across the photo the other day as I had
forgotten about it. I thought it might be of interest to the forum. I was passing through King city and
could not believe my eyes when I spotted it.
