I got the camera out yesterday and took a few pics round the garden before its too late. As you can see the banana's have been the show piece and managed to get some good growth on them. my dahlias came good in the end but were very late. hope you like the pics.

WOW....that is my sort of garden!! The Musa growth is superb, and the dahlias look a hundred times better than mine, I take it you have been out dead heading? Mine have virtually gone over but I haven't had the time to dead head this year. :oops:
Most wanted list - Any Young Trachycarpus and/or fern.

Impresssive, i love all those nana's.
im gonna bring my ensette indoors this winter and try to keep it growing, yours are a really nice size.

Pete, what are those red things by the tree fern, above the bbq sign?

hi tom, yeah plenty of dead heading, possibly every 2 - 3 days but its actually possib to do it daily but quite time consuming. im quite pleased overall but ive got some different plants for next year. icon_thumleft
