They are sold as garden objects, although the chap selling them (papa peg i presume) said a lot do end up inside. This will probably go outside, but not sure yet.

Hi Gaz,
I love the chicken
...but why does it make me think of battery hens?
Cathy.

The Credit card slip said "Goods or Services: COCK" which i would have had a lot of explaining to do if Mark had found that without seeing the big chicken

Garden "ornaments"
There are some horror decorative ornaments in this thread, but I must say all are amazing and interesting for enhancing the beauty of a garden.

I did try to post a couple of pics but unfortunately the files were too big.
I will try to upload a couple of smaller files in the next day or two for your perusal.

Whenever I get the opportunity I always try to push this, www,thebritishironworks.co.uk . Its a great half day out if you live within driving distance. If you can't find any thing there, you aren't trying! Also if you pick the right weekend they hold 2 plant fairs a year. I should also add I have no financial interest in the company, I just enjoy it.
Don't Just sit there, plant something!
